Description

As part of the multimedia installer, extract all images used in game (sprites, icons, fonts...) from the original game, anr remove the placeholders currently in the repository.

As of a815e4b, the multimedia installer is implemented. It can extract almost any image from the original data, in every possible colour palette.
Some images, mostly from battle reels, are not yet extracted.
