Fix the camera battle

Description
Battle cameras are extracted with the installer, but they don't look right. The angle is never quite as shown in ProdCloud, and, it varies every time a battle is started.

The battle camera is set in CameraManager::StartBattleCamera.
The camera look 'mostly' okay, but it's still weird.
Also, there are variations and it doesn't look the same on successive calls.
I thinks it's something related to the lookAt functions.
Try to fix it. First, replace the deprecated calls, and see what happens.

As of 345e6668, a temporary fix has been applied to compensate for the part of the window covered by the battle UI.
Still, it's a bit tilted, it doesn't match the angle shown in Kimera, and varies slightly each time a battle is started.
Also, internally, everything battle related is rolled 90 degrees: camera, entities... This is OK for now, but it may became a problem when moving battle models.
